Step 1:Enter the payment amount into the “Unit Price Field” and Click on “Update Total Payment”

Step 2: A) If paying by Credit Card (Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover): Complete all requested fields and click the “Review Order and Continue” button. In order to receive proper credit for your payment, please make sure your SUMMER HILL ADDRESS is entered in the “Billing Address” fields. On the next Screen, click on the “Pay Now” button.
